There are multiple reasons I can think of:
1) She can't get a boyfriend because nobody wants her and is jealous (0% chance)
2) She can't get a boyfriend due to her work as a gravure idol and is jealous
3) She wants to signal to her fans that she doesn't have a boyfriend
4) It was meant as a joke, 殺気 or intention to kill is word normally only found in anime and manga
5) She doesn't have any bad feelings towards couples but is worried that she comes off like that
