So arg1 is a pointer to an array of character attributes, 600 is the offset, and arg2 is a pointer to a character?
That would mean sexp gets 1/1000 of the current value of an attribute after the millions place. Unless \ is integer division, in which case it returns zero every time because attributes max at 2000.
OR current xp of attributes is stored as an int but is a float while it is being manipulated and it gets multiplied by 1000 and converted to an int to preserve the first three decimal places.
