Sorry, AoE II is too absorbing.
Tenzans 12 on Hayasui, can use Ryuusei (601) or Ryuusei Kai. What's important is that she should have two chevron'd bombers at the start of each sortie.
With planes I went for AS+ with one fighter but you can easily settle for AS with just bombers.

I have never had a situation when both slots of Hayasui were wiped.
Just make sure she always has two chevron'd torpedo bombers, preferably Tenzans 12 but R601 or RK work too.
