>ywn go through bureaucratic hell due to the ridiculousness of a civilian attempting to contact a general directly
>ywn put up with days upon days of nothing but mindlessly going around past so many of those that organize visits for her, secretary after secretary of the lowest level, going higher and higher till after lots of stress you finally manage to get to her personal secretary and arrange for an encounter
>ywn start sweating bullets when the day finally arrives and you have zero clue what so say, having forgotten any and all plans on what to do in all your nervousness, surely if she thought it a joke extremely bad things would happen to you
>ywn be invited into her office and coldly asked what you want, as if it was a simple business visit or otherwise formal event
>ywn swallow your fear and ask her out on a date, sweating even more bullets after seeing her silent and staring at you with a deadpan expression
>ywn be asked to repeat what you said, to repeat it and see the same lack of reaction
>ywn be asked if it's a sick joke, feeling your heart cave in, fear of what'll happen to you seeping in as you attempt to deny it
>ywn be silenced as her heels click against the floor in slow steps towards you, to then be asked what made you believe that was a smart thing to attempt
>ywn explain yourself on how you were captivated by her since the first day
>ywn be asked as to what made you believe she didn't have a lover already, feeling as if your heart was getting repeatedly stabbed with each word of hers still as cold as the first one
>ywn say in defeat that you don't know anymore, maybe it was stupid to believe someone like her wouldn't have a lover already, maybe you should've listened to that voice in your head at the start
>ywn hear her snicker, seeing her smile at you, hearing her soft words saying you were right, she doesn't have a lover, nobody ever approached her specifically because of everyone fearing what you feared at the start
>ywn hear her remark on how courageous you must've been, for a civilian to attempt approaching a general of all people
>ywn see her step closer, to whisper into your ear that she was imagining it would be a visit that'd take a fair while so now she has most of the day free, and that she accepts the date
>ywn a month later wake up in bed, unable to get out due to her using you as a daki as both of you still recover from the session that threatened to break the bed in half the night before

Am I still supposed to follow the format that one anon suggested? I've finished writing the story idea I had after reading "Open" so long ago and put off for some reason.

Synopsis: An inquisitor arrives to a city, only to find that some entities have it under siege by snatching those who attempt to enter or leave. As the siege progresses and events occur within the city, the inquisitor, along with a knight-sergeant and an apothecary, are driven into situations that test their definitions of loyalty.
