There would be no Saber route. Instead, an abridged version would proceed UBW. Or the Saber route would be told from Rin's POV. Except, Rin would be the Master of Saber and Shirou would be the Master of himself. Then would that mean there would be no UBW route? Ohoho. The forest scene in Fate would be Saber, Rin, and Ilya. Afterward, all of them will live in Rin's home, giving each other mana, every single night. Heaven's Feel would be Ilya's route from the beginning. Sakura will get killed by Gil and stay dead. Every day of HF route will be spent in Ilya-chan's mansion as we watch her eat, sleep, and play!

That's how I would rewrite Fate/Stay Night! ^.^
