My Kemonohime doll came in today so I'll give you a review. No pics yet but I'll take some this weekend.
Exterior:
First thing I realized is that her hair is not attached to her head, it's a wig with holes for her ears. Honestly, she looks cute even without hair. The wig is probably the worst part, it's rather low quality. Her actual body is super soft while the wig feels pretty coarse. You'll want to pet her head but you'll end up petting her ears because that's the actual soft part. I don't know how easy it would be to make ear holes in a regular wig, so it may be hard to get a replacement wig

She's really light, maybe 2 or 3 pounds. Looks to be made of entirely plush except the head which feels like styrofoam. Her fur feel nice to the touch, her tail and ears are extra fluffy. She actually has hard paw pads which are pretty fun to play with. Because the head isn't full plush, you're not going to be able to stick her in the washing machine, handwash only

Interior:
She comes with a built in hole for any ona of your choice. You put the ona in a sleeve with loops on the end and then attach the loops to buttons at the end of the tunnel to secure it. She has a latch in her back for easy access to the tunnel. Wasn't that hard to get my Puni Virgin Mini in.

Because her body is all plush, there's no skeletal structure. You can bend and squeeze her to your hearts desire. She has rotating joints for her arms and legs. Not a lot of posing options, but it works. Similar to Meiki Plush Evo

Sex:

Since she's so small, I went for the easiest position and just had her ride cowgirl. Her pigs are perfect for gripping so I had no problem moving her up and down. The long wig honestly got in the way and I ended up with a bunch of strands of wig hair stuck to my crotch when I was done. I might just get rid of the wig and give her a nice bow on her head instead. That was a minor inconvenience though. She's so cut and fluffy that I couldn't last too long with her. You're going to want to cuddle with her after.

Cleanup:

Ona comes out pretty easily. Just go though the back, unloop the ona sleeve, and pull it out. If you get some lube on her fur, wipe her down with a damp cloth, and then dry her with another cloth.

tl;dr
Pros:
Cute and fluffy
Easy to put onas in
Put clothes on her and you can just display her as a regular plush

Cons:
Low quality wig that's possibly hard to replace
Fur can get matted if you don't clean her up right away
