Looking for a little help /jp/sies.

Obviously quite in progress and nowhere near done, but I honest to god cannot do faces; I'm generally just kind of bad with skin in general.

Anyone have advice or resources (video/tutorials etc) to help teach a pleb like myself to draw in a generic animu face without it going full retard?

My worst problem is with eyes - not making good looking eyes, but with making decent eyes that don't appear alien to the face. Welcoming anything warmly.
