I really liked the fight scenes in 11eyes, but I wasn't a big fan of the plot. I agree with you on the pacing, I felt it was particularly bad near (but not quite) the end where it just felt like it was dragging on forever.

I haven't played the fandisc, so I'm interested in hearing what you think of it when you are done.

I enjoyed 11 eyes. The plot is really not that great, but the fights are fun to read. It does have special effects (minor animations), but it's really up to a good descriptive text to bring you an interesting battle without feeling repetitive and boring.

I've only played the original game, not CrossOver or the new Fandisc.

Romance is very downplayed, it only really comes into the picture at the end. It seems a bit tacked on. MC has one optional scene to fuck someone outside of his current route. If you don't like it, it's a choice right when it would happen. There also one sex scene that does not include the MC.

When it comes to dark vs lighthearted, I'd say it's a mix. It starts off like some shounen manga with high school hijinks, but it gets darker as it progresses.

Overall I enjoyed the game, mostly for the fun fight scenes. I'm not a huge fan of the plot, and it dragged a bit towards the end. It was still worth the read though.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "Total world immersion", but this is pretty much 11 eyes to a T. It executes the parts it needs to well (the fight scenes) with plenty of good adrenaline moments. I recommend it.

I don't think its quite as impressive as Muramasa, but I really enjoyed the fight scenes in 11eyes.
