Older COSVR was pretty bad quality indeed, they film on the same exact set(s) as the lower quality EXVR videos, same exact type of uncorrected lens distortion, so likely the same crew and rig. With that said, I could watch COSBVR-001 1000 times and not tire of it.

Bad picture quality, really bad sensor noise that made the bitrate skyrocket on the uncapped VP9 VBR, probably just really soft as a result for the usual AVC, they asked too much of that poor camera in the dark. Genuinely poor enough to make it a "watch it once and delete it" kind of video
