I'd imagine that Echidna view dungeons with a certain amount of utilitarianism. Difficult - but gradually difficult - dungeons produce stronger heroes. Stronger heroes produce better heroic husbands, which is what Echidna are all about.

And if dungeons are stocked with honest treasure (i.e. not the kind that will immediately curse you), then adventurers will not see dungeons as giant traps that should just be sealed up and never bothered with. They'll go in, and maybe come out sometimes - richer in experience and loot. And so they'll keep dungeon diving, again and again, until they don't come out because they got raped by a monster girl. But usually, they come out because it's rigged in their favor most of the time. Echidna likely build several dungeons, the majority of which are designed to reward adventurers but the final one is designed to get them corrupted and raped. If an adventurer gets raped in the easier 'honest' dungeons, then he was never worth the Echidna's time in the first place.

Echidna get strong heroic husbands out of it, and lesser monsters get whatever adventurers that don't make the cut, and adventurers themselves will get the usual rewards for looting a dungeon and will never start wising up to the true nature of dungeons in the Demon Lord's new world. Monster girls get husbands, humans stay ignorant but get famous and rich. Everyone wins.
