Why is this site so popular?

This site is more Ads,Hirano/Idol tabloids and porn than it is anime or video game news.

Lots of articles are stolen and artifact himself says he doesn't watch anime anymore.

So why do people flok to him when they could go to DannyChoo (who is an asshole but he actually cares about the stuff he says)

Is there a site out there that is similar, except good?

Other then the fact that it's essentially a tabloid rag for lolicon weabo, what do you have against Sankaku?

Does anyone here run a /jp/ related blog that doesn't suck?
