My point is: people (often normalfags) who are all anti-drug (or just ignorant) often don't even know what are they doing when trying drugs with friends. Which can end tragically.

I'm glad I don't have any friends.

On the more serious side, yes. Pretty sure Eirin does have both cannabis and opium in her arsenal, alongside a whole ton of naturally occuring intoxicants that may or may not have proper Linnaean names yet.

I'm sure being left at the bottom of the Atlantic ocean for the better part of 70 years is no match for the wonders of lunar medicine.

Either Shikieiki or Komachi. Yama have lifespans measured in kalpa, so Shikieiki may have taken millions or even billions of years to grow to adult age. Komachi, or rather her kind, are as old as life itself. Assuming the mythological elements have been carried over to Touhou, it's impossible to tell which would be older since life predates the creation of the universe in some myths.

Eirin comes third; first if you only count characters with physical bodies and actual births. Either Suwako or Mishaguji-sama come fourth/fifth, and Kanako sixth.
That is unless you count unseen characters like Chang'E and Tsukiyomi as touhous.
