Confirmed to be an edited MTL. Scrapping any plans with it. (You can download it and check for yourself too, the script files can be opened with notepad)

...As I said before, Yuuki's H-scenes are 100% translated (much thanks to NTRanon btw) and edited and the patch was supposed to drop this month, but we found a bug and our hacker is too busy to fix it, so maybe next month.
