Its a bug in English mode, all the effects are displayed as +1 but only the first one is actually +1. If you select any of the others and check the weapon you'll see the actual effect it got, the effects display correctly in Japanese mode.

I wanted to report the bug on the Elona+ wiki but it fails to submit for some reason, IP ban on gaijins maybe. Was thinking of trying to report it on the BBS as it hasn't been fixed in 1.17.
