Have another, along with whatever misguided advice I gave back here >>11619485. My ships were really bad about taking out the right targets so vertical line or sparkling might have been better about giving them priority aiming but the real hell was early cut ins and the compass. Given that the full support fleet took out two enemies and no one was in the red I could ace the boss night battle. And I never lost a ship at night there, I wouldn't be comfortable enough to test it without damage control but I always pressed on when KTKM and Ooi were up and ready. And if they were red it was back to base because they were my main guns.

At first I had a Maya around 65 but she was doing a crap job despite pulling me through E-4 and Yuudachi could hit twice as hard so I found DDs very reliable. Honestly it seemed like the Kongou sisters were my weak link. I saw everyone else shrug off cut ins for single digit damage but for those two it was a guaranteed orange. Not that I stopped unless anyone went red. And I'm sure they helped with AA because the planes never touched me.
