-Setsubun lines (around 150, including over 40 new lines), sprites (including 4 new sprites for Kazagumo, Akashi, Okinami and Commandant Teste) and furniture have been implemented, replacing January and winter furniture and winter voice lines.
-Three new quests have been added. One is a limited time setsubun sortie quest giving a setsubun furniture, one is a limited time setsubun factory quest rewarding a furniture worker, and one is a 5-5 quest rewarding a Reinforcement Expansion.
-The twice daily matching of Exercise fleets has been revamped. There are now three methods of choosing opponents

which must be chosen 2 hours before a reset for it to apply after the reset: Old (the previous method), Exercise

Fleet Group 1 (stronger enemies, but higher experience points) and Exercise Fleet Group 2 (weaker enemies more

suitable for exercises). Exercise Fleet Groups 1 and 2 may be updated in the future.
-The maximum ship/equipment slot counts have been increased to 320/1380.
-Libeccio now drops in 4-2 and 4-3. Zara is now available from Large Ship Construction (group 3), with either of

two Italian ships as the secretary ship.
-Arashio gets a blueprint Kai 2 at level 67, which comes with a daihatsu and can equip tanks.
-The Winter 2017 event will be a relatively small scaled event starting during the first half of February after

the next maintenance. Either Matsukaze or Hatakaze will be one of the new ships implemented for this event.
-Zara is slated for a Kai 2 this winter or early spring. Saratoga will also get a second remodel.
-The 5th year of KanColle will see foreign ships from "interesting places".
-New submarines, Akizuki- and Matsu-class destroyers, and escort carriers are also under plans to be added.
