She has always been supposed to be really pretty. I suppose it's just that she's the sexy type but Takeuchi kinda struggles with that since he'd die before drawing tits and asses bigger than average.

Gorgon Medusa is one of the most decent designs in F/GO and it inspired this cool page in the HF manga, so it is okay in my book.

I wouldn't say she's generic, you can actually see he's Medusa since she has a tail and her hair actually turns into snakes. Also, he's actually supposed to be a giant and can turn into the horrible back mass of snakes you see in F/HA.
The Rider alts. from F/GO are not as good as the OG Rider from the VN, but at least it's fun to see how her transition from little girl to monster was. At least compared to the other gacha alternative versions of the F/SN servants, which are all terrible and add nothing to the characters except for maybe Titty Saber which coincidentally was also written by Nasu.
