Like I said I don't really believe her brief backstory counts as development but she is by no means the least developed character at all like OP claims. Though I completely agree to the fact you can't compare her to the older characters who have had more time to appear in other works. But at the same time you can't compare someone like Utsuho to stage 3 characters like some people are, of course she is going to have more development than them being the primary antagonist of SA.

I was refering to some of the blind fanboyism in this thread towards her, they're just as bad as the OP. Defending the fact she does have some development is fine but don't claim to say she is the most developed character there is.
