What is your interpretation of the way Kaguya and Mokou fight? Is it the limps, guts, blood everywhere version, or the school girl cry-slapping kawaii version where Eirin and Keine would pull them apart and pat the heads of crying girls to sleep?
Oh-it's-the-danmaku-rule does not count because clearly the rule is not honored when the two fight.
