After the reading tsukire, I came to the conclusion that if you straight up remove Noel and all her scenes, you are getting a much better tsukihime experience.

Arc route would be better if you give Ciel her old scenes back. And Ciel's route would be better without the vampire loli or "Noel hilariously pretends to be a weird hysterical woman in the catacombs". Her only upsides are that she has 2 scenes that give off that old tsukihime vibe with the vampire killing sequences and that she's flirty a bit.

I'd rather have a Noel route since her b plot bloats Ciel route into some weird overly long "main route" while Arc's route feels underdeveloped in comparison. Having a bigger space to explore her character would do her better than leaving her with the tsukire special "Well they just went mad" character motivation
