the formatting of the techarts uploader 2 section is pretty fucked up, but i think there are more important things to do for now(as long as it's easily legible), so unless somebody wants to go through and make it consistent it'll probably be inconsistent for awhile.

i'm not sure whether to make that section an exception and remove the TA0 tag(easy using a text manipulator) or to try to add it to all the entries(don't know of an efficient way to do this).
