I mean, I don't know, it feels like being an alcoholic in the outside world (ie: outside of Gensokyo) is like one of those accepted diseases. But you're right, inside of Gensokyo, where they still make that lame weak sauce pre-industrialized pre-purified alcohol, being a drunkard (and by that, meaning a person that drinks alcohol a heavy amount, which would bea somewhat moderate by our standards) could classify as being normal
