I watched the entire thing.
I can't help but feel bad for him. He's constantly stuttering, derailing his own speech, going on about irrelevant things and trying to fill for lack of interesting content by adding "you know" once or twice every sentence.
You can clearly tell how Stefan is getting very bored with him near the end and he tells him to keep it short. The guy has no friends, no significant other, has no job and still lives with his parents.
The sad part is that it's most likely his parents fault, too. They seem overprotective while not trying to actually bring him into the real world. I bet his parents have a conspiracy theory going on about their son getting run over by a bus while being late for work one day.

Nearly 34 minutes of this guy talking about how his life is "bad" and he wants it to be better but he clearly has no intent to try to make it better.
