Apparently the Japanese too are noticing how Mutsu seems to always ALWAYS target a fucking destroyer with her first attack, this artist's commentary was a rant about just that.

And fucking hell, more KanColle doujins uploaded in Chinese only. With most series that's just an occasional annoyance, but I have never before seen such a huge percentage of a copyright's doujins have raws withheld by the chinks.

The two carrier enemy formation is by far the worst to get; the other two possibilities have the elite heavy cruiser as the flagship and everything else weaker than it. Meanwhile the carrier formation still has that elite heavy cruiser and tacks on two elite carriers, it's fucked up, would have been more balanced to drop the elite heavy cruiser from that formation.
