I haven't thought of it that way before, but that's pretty close. I live for those moments of affection, to be called a good boy. Making those I care about happy is fulfilling in its own way. Some people are so-so on househusband stuff, but it sounds like a nice impetus to sharpen those cooking skills. I could try all those Youtube recipes I never had time or money for. I could see a strong amazon wife who becomes hooked on my cooking. She might try to bring back as many ingredients as possible, so that we can try new things.
