I'd like to view her relationship with yuyuko as more genuine than anything else, Its clear even in canon materials that she cares about her opinion and feelings more than anyone else and is willing to bend goals and other things to please her. Maybe now that she's forgotten her original life and all does she enjoy her company as someone that isn't invested, but i'd like to believe that wasn't always the case and still isn't.
Its also clear that Yuyuko is someone that can understand Yukari which is something she that she's probably rarely encountered if ever. Yukari likely genuinely thinks of her as a true friend and her better half due to this. Its clear enough that Yuyuko likes Yukari as well and is one of the few people(if there is any other) to be happy to see her and can actually keep up with her schemes and plots.

At least that's the way I see it, you all might disagree but I believe that her friendship with Yuyuko is one of the only pure relationships she's experienced. Now that I think about it I be Yuyuko probably knew about the true purpose of the HSE and her crush on Anon way before anyone else could even guess. She's probably more than willing to give her real dating advice but knows that Yukari's autism is too powerful for her to do anything but let her dear friend play out her drama before she can move in and pick up the pieces.
