To mitigate some of their losses, Setouchi Kogyo Co. Ltd. decided to expand their business and created their subsidiary Setouchi Drugs Inc. which would develop an aphrodisiac drug extracted from a previously unknown rare species of deep sea cucumbers they've recently discovered.

They've decided to field test their prototype aphrodisiac drug codenamed "Hentai-retachi yo (変態レたちよ)" and demonstrate it to potential investors using STU48 members as unknowing test subjects.
