Satoko not crying and smiling when cuckmiyoshi is missing but crying and becoming delusional when Keiichi is missing and Mion is found Dead and only cries but doesn't become delusional when Rika is killed. The story is making it painfully obvious they have a connection and the common theme in this manga is true love, who you consider family, and realizing that the people you love may actually do some fucked up shit. Greatest and only sequel to Higurashi.
