I prefer the system in the Osaka districts (not soaplands and stuff). Stroll through several blocks with girls in front of their shops that you can see and verify their looks intead of photos on a webpage (usually heavy photoshop and/or old). Pick the one that appeals to you most on what you value most (e.g., looks, size, style). It's like a candy store. Tobita is the best imo if you want looks and youth. There's even a dedicated "youth street" for the youngest ones. There are some legit idol- and model-tier girls, and we're not talking Hinata...
