Continuation of the "confession letter". Here Yuko/Miyazaki is pissed that the police didn't show the photos of Mari's clothes to their parents and are still feeding them hope she's alive somewhere. Sort of repetitive. Along with the letter, he sent a scan of the original photo as it was when he sent it and attached a diagram describing the content.
