Tenryuu is (unfortunately) really popular. Tatsuta is well-known but not quite as popular. His other ships are who-tier though. I'm pretty sure no one cares about Nenohi.

She's putting in more effort at being the historical Sammy than the other ships which usually just have their equipment. And god forgive that the tiny ship that wasn't built for surface combat acts like a little girl.
Fucking christ, it's not like the other ships that have accomplishments act all "grrr I'm tough and serious."

You can just not use her m8. It's not optimal, but it's far from impossible.

On slow ships:

Honestly, only Jun'you and Ryuuhou get anything out of this since they have one throwaway slot and can go fast now. Houshou (and maybe Hiyou) is the only CVL who's fucked since she'd have to give up a third of her planes.

Mizuho wants to go fast, but has to choose between doubling her first plane slot count or getting a minsub. Teste's installation hitting capabilities have to take a hit, but that's all she loses.

Fast Fusou and Ise can work, but only if you're going Zuiun mule for whatever reason. Katori loses out on OASW unless she's married, unlike Kashima.

This is all assuming you get expansions for all of them. Otherwise, only fast Ryuuhou, fast Zuiun mules, and fast married training cruisers can happen without being too horribly gimped.
