I hate to say this, but IGN Japan puts out some really nice videos as far as intermediate level listening practice goes. These "20 questions" games (of which there are a ton) are REALLY fun to watch and very easy to understand, as long as your vocabulary is up to the task.

Of course, get ready to expand your vocabulary very slightly with new vidya-specific terminology, but this is far better than what we get from IGN in the USA.
