The part before they entered the building is about how they won the segment by beating Super Girls, Berryz Koubou, and DJ Kaori.

As an aside, Ami also hugged Ooga(well to be fair at that point every Idoling!!! member wanted to get their hands on her) when Sakura Gakuin visited them in Idoling!!!'s own TV show. She seems to be the Matsui Rena of Idoling!!!.

Yep, Yui nearly tripped on something there, most possibly the leg of the chair which you can see them walking in front of at the start of the video. She seems to have noticed it but didn't have enough time or space to dodge it. You can see her waving at Suu "It's nothing, I'm fine." right after that, Moa smiling that nothing bad happened and the organizer nodding "Be more careful now".
