Definitely.
I have had multiple same drops in a row.
Since I only keep multiple copy subs, I dont have proof for other ships. I notice this in development crafting as well. There is 1time where I craft 3holo planes in a row while doing daily and sometimes I can have 3x penguin in a row.

Maybe they are using some sort of time rng?
