Sotsu Satoko is supposed to have looped for centuries too. They just really gave no real dramatic focus to it, nor hae a good reason/explanation for her failing for a long time.

She's older than Bern, which is presumably why Sotsu near the ending started throwing these comments about Satoko having looped for centuries after they completely forgot to show that in Gou.

We don't really know since R07 never commented directly on what the anime did with Satoko's early loops. It's possible his outline was just stupidly vague at that point as far as the events go, which is why the anime staff didn't even try in the first place.

It DOES feel like the anime staff themselves messed up something though. Since in Sotsu they bring up Satoko looping for centuries in her early loops and going to St.Lucia multiple times, something that makes no sense with what was shown in the Gou anime.

Satoko basically got everything she wanted by the end and wasn't even punished. Heck, she wasn't even shown suffering while killing her friends. You got like 3 or so episodes of Satoko suffering during Satokowashi and that's it.
