The thread is certainly slow, which some people believe is correlated with quality. It's also currently the oldest thread in the catalog, although it's been faster in the last few days. I think we can just make it past 100 days. Medicine had a great thread last year, but it had lots of image dumping without anything to talk about. This year, almost every post has some text, and people are having good conversations about Medicine, so I think this reflects well on the quality of the thread. But this is honestly happening across /jp/, I believe the board as a whole is better than last year.
Still, Medicine is cute, so I'm happy that her thread is good.
