/jp/ - Otaku Culture

I've come from /cgl/ to beg for your assistance.

I've been told that not so long ago /jp/ suffered under the iron fist of a shitty mod named NSJ who basically went around deleting relevant threads, banning trips and basically deciding what is and isn't /jp/ material without actually knowing anything about the culture of the board.

The problem is that here on /cgl/ we're been having the exact same problems with a mod who's recently been appointed and she is fucking destroying the board.

I've heard that you managed to get rid of her, would any of you care to share your tactics on how to slay the beast, or just get her to fuck off. We've already had numerous helpful trips permabanned for petty shit such as general chit chat, and threads that have always been allowed on /cgl/ are suddenly being deleted en masse for no given reason.
