They do customs but for sure they are sick and tired of dealing with people asking and the customers themselves. Zero chance they wouldn't take the money otherwise. It's a free mold. Picrel is a custom FU Doll just did going exclusive to some Japanese-only retailer. I asked Kuma who told me this if I could get a quote for custom and even though I'm a customer they shut me down. I was ready to talk $20k even and they didn't bother to find that out. Not blaming them just assuming it's like "oh this again fuck will you people stop asking and wasting our time". I'm sure it's a shitton of work if you do accept the job and then the customer is one of us weirdos. Could you imagine dealing with us? JFC.
