I played through it w/ the english hack and the only thing I saw untranslated/incomplete was one of the custom deities, Danalin of Water. Getting omake mods to work was awkward, though. (For example, in OOMSESTepNC I had to replace the oo_talk and st_talk files with the ones generated by the base english hack, or else it would keep crashing.)
