Yeah but the secret ending had the narration finish and imply that the entire game was Beelzebub explaining what happened to you after you spent so long in there with her you forgot who you were.

And even the first time you start a new game Beelzebub says something like "That story again?" and every time you exit the game Beelzebub says she's tried to exit countless times too. Meaning the title screen itself is part of that ending.
