The new full body version is probably ok for dressing up, other than the lack of a face (might want to get a kig mask or something for it).

For reference I have both a OG Meiki Plush and a Dekunoboo G2, the meiki plush wears a t-shirt all the time and gets most of the dickings, the Dekunoboo G2 gets dressed up and stays in my bed for cuddles most of the time.

I have a Dekunoboo doll, I've been pretty happy with it and they can be had for fairly cheap if you get them on sale, biggest issue is having to use a forwarder.

She is lightweight, soft and can take just about any onahole that will also fit in my Meiki plush, though onaholes are a bit harder to insert than with a meiki plush as the dekunoboo dolls are filled with a mix of polyfill in the breasts and styrofoam microbeads in the rest of the body, so unless you have some sort of insertion tool to help get the ona in, the onahole pocket will tend to want to collapse in on itself as you try to insert a onahole.
This is easy enough to fix by taking a pringles can and cutting it in half the long way and using the halves of the pringles can to shove an onahole in.

In any case she generally stays in my bed and gets used mostly for cuddles at night as it is easier to set up my meiki plush as the plush torso is easier to manouver than a full plush doll.

In regards to durability, I've had my Dekunoboo doll for 3 years now and she has held up pretty well. After a year and a half I did decide to top her off with more microbeads as they tend to compress over time, but that isn't exactly hard to do if you have even the most basic of sewing skills, just cut out a few stictches from the back of the onahole pocket, fill with new beads and sew it back up.
I do keep her in a body stocking and fully clothed on top of that 99% of the time as its easier to clean the clothes and body stocking than to try and clean the plush itself.

The vinyl head is a mixed bag, its not horrible looking but it isn't the best either and while its fairly hard, its more kissable than a cloth covered face but I do wish I could throw a silicone head on the doll.

At some point in the future I might consider a Dagmar or Sakura doll (dem mega titties) but I have concerns about damaging their skeletons if they get left in bed for cuddles and I end up rolling on top of the doll while asleep.
Also I could see the sakura doll titties being too big for good face to face cuddling.

TLDR: If you want a low maintenance doll mainly for cuddles and a little sex on the side using any normal sized onahole, get a plush doll, its basically a way better version of a daiki that you can stick an onahole in and grope.

If you want a doll more for the full body doll sexy time experience and care less about cuddles in bed and the higher maintenance requirement, then get a TPE or silicone doll

They make plush dolls with faces ya know and they are better for cuddles than the Meiki plushes and only cost about 2x as much if you get them on sale, even with forwarding costs.

Forgot to mention, since Dekunoboo doesn't ship outside japan and don't speak any english, I used JSS's "online shop" service.

Thats the option where you tell JSS what you want ordered and link them the item then provide payment to JSS.

JSS then orders the item for you and reships it to you after it arrives at their warehouse.

This is why plush dolls are superior, all the fun, none of the weight at a slight sacrifice of "feeling" but IMO its 10x more fun to dress up and fuck a plush doll in cosplay/clothing than to just feel up a naked textured TPE/silicone doll all the time.
Plus never having to worry about oil seep ever.
