You can't really lump all AV production together. I think most big studios have organized and professional attitude. In some AV you often see the actress and her manager having meeting about the filming. Manager often accompany the actresses on set too. So the environment is pretty controlled there.
The smaller or shady ones like that infamous Bakky however, might pull that stunt on unaware amateurs that have no agency to protect them. Aika is a freelancer, but I doubt any studio would risk pissing her off.
