The equipment is much more expensive than the usual mid-range concert though, and they have to MoCap songs, pay the rights to the models to SEGA (which is why they are replacing the model in new songs) and pay for the rights to play each song to the respective producer. They possibly have to pay to Yamaha as well (or maybe not since they never call it Vocaloid concert but Miku concert).

I assume one concert is much more expensive than the usual concert, but since there is a lot of reused resources, the more concerts they do the more profitable each one becomes (as long as there is enough public to offset the model, songs and band fees). They also get some extra by selling the official tour BD at japan prices, merch and more visibility to the brand to sell all the other products.
