You are stepping into parasocial territory, which is very bad for you. While you may not control your emotions, you can control your mind, make sure you understand that you are a fan of an entertainer, that's it.

You are a part of the faceless sea of fans, sometimes their eyes might skim over your heartfelt message, but otherwise they do not view you as an individual entity. Your feelings of support and feedback reach them, but they are still not particularly aware of your existence.

My best advice to you is to step back and ask yourself: "Do I enjoy the content and entertainment that these people provide, or do I simply find them sexually/romantically attractive", "Do I force myself to sit through boring videos out of moral obligation to this person?" Of course you are probably invested in the person to a point where seeing them progress and succeed bring you genuine joy and helps you improve your own life - that is also acceptable and good. Just again, don't cross the line into obsession where it overtakes your entire life.
