In Watakashi, there's a scene near the ending where Mion calls Keiichi to her home. Now, in Gou, Mion meets him in the school uniform then changes to successor robes after arriving when she's going to have a serious talk with Keiichi.

Sotsu added a scene where Mion calls him in the successor robes (after just returning from school, she apparently changes into it to throw the bodies into the well), then there's their Gou meeting (in the school uniform), and then oddly Sotsu had her already in successor robes when they get to the front gate, skipping the scene where she leaves to change afterwards to just showing her already in successor robes inside too.

The BDs "fixed" that mess by altering the easiest shot (the distant one with the front gate), which still leaves the situation rather odd, with Mion quickly switching between these outfits several times in succession.

Also, her hand has bones now too.
