XIV is XI with prettier graphics and a dfiferent storyline (lol, story in MMOs).

Too bad XI was a complete piece of shit and nothing could save that game. The controls were absolutely godawful and optimized for a gamepad so ti made comba treally terrible for a MMO.T he bosses were boring as hell, the endgame was almost absent and the (LEVELLING!) grind took years.

Oh and XIV is optimized like complete ass so you need a comupter that's about 10 times better than what you should really need to run the game.
