Crimson Moon was destroyed by Zelretch, but will return as Arcueid or Altrouge, who also had a fight where Arc lost her long hair...

So is the famous scene of Arcueid chained up in Milennium Castle before she had her fight with Altrouge? Also, is that just how she "sleeps" when she's not hunting Roa? And on another note, how does Crimson Moon exist within her? I remember it showed up within her dreams in Kagetsu Tohya, and I was wondering if it can just take over, like another personality.
