In what way? Shinshumaru is near Mao Lane tier in terms of design. At least the other three are wearing a uniform of some sort. Heck Houston incorporates Northampton class superstructure onto the ship girl quite well. In fact I am convinced you don't know what the word "uninspired" means because she is objectively the most inspired ship out of the 4 newly released ships. It's quite odd to me because Parsley did good work with Colorado.
