Second edition. I haven't looked at versions in other languages but I've always heard bad things. Don't get hung up on it using Scheme, it's a very good language for teaching and you can easily apply the concepts to other languages.
The SICP lectures on youtube are helpful ancillary material. They use first edition but they're close enough that it doesn't matter.
