my god Android push notifications are retarded
I've tried removing battery optimization, turning on bells in different ways, heartbeat checker apps
but notifications always show up late 30 or so minutes, unless I unlock the screen and it instantly plays out
if any /g/fag can tell me what I'm doing wrong, it'll be very helpful
